He came to the house about 4 weeks ahead of time and discussed marketing plans, pricing, and what we should do to get the house ready for market. I can’t say enough about Clay! All the adjectives listed above describe Clay to a T. I’ve had a house search for almost 2 years. He actually looked at each house in the search before he allowed it to come thru so I wasn’t looking at houses that met my criteria but that he knew I wouldn’t consider. I was in a position where I didn’t have to move, but if I found my perfect house, I would. Patience is an understatement. As soon as the house I bought came on the market, Clay sent it to me. I had just had foot surgery so he offered to come pick me up, load my knee scooter and physically helped me into the home. He gave great advice in helping me get my home ready to put on the market...completely going above and beyond what any “normal” realtor would have done. He makes you feel like you’re his only client and you’re most important. I completely trusted him thru the whole process. I’ve recommended him to several friends and saw how great he was with them, but this time I got to see and experience it in person. He did not disappoint.
